After the 14-day refund window, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Polar customer portal. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
All payments and refunds are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles all billing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.
